PATIENTS
The Patients module is directly linked to Accounts and records all Pet data whether
an “only-Pet” or part of a big “family”. A full history is recorded.
CONSULTATION
A Consultation screen effortlessly guides you through each Patient visit to capture
the Reason for Service, the Doctor and the Room. It also caters for one Client bringing
more than one Patient and combines the billing in one Account.
CALENDAR
You will wonder how you ever got on without it! The Calendar is a truly efficient
tool enabling any Veterinarian to be extremely well organised.
INVENTORY
Inventory has never been easier to use and yet at the same time provide so many
time saving options. From managing “expiry dates” to automatically adjusting stock
as it is sold or used, you will be amazed at the efficiency. Fully supported with
Bar Code recognition and labeling as well.
SECURITY
Each and every User of the system within your Clinic can be provided with a “profile”
enabling them to use the system fully or in some partial degree. You can even check
the history of what transactions each staff member has completed.
